  • Lambert Premier Auction is a real estate agent that sells luxury homes in Vancouver. I need to conduct a brand for a specific house they currently sell online. The house named as “PIETRA”(means stone in Italian) and described as a nestled stone throw away from Edgemont Village.
  • CHALLENGE
  • The house brand should be compatible with the existing brand guideline of Lambert Premier Auction; however, it needs to highlight the characteristic of the house at the same time. The brand should have a sense of luxury and high-quality.
  • SOLUTION
  • To approach the internal branding with consistency, I chose a similar tone for the color palette, used fonts in the sans-serif family, and designed a logo in the concise/modern style.
